Position: Direct Support Professional
Location: Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas

Salary Range: $15/hr to $17/hr
About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals in their homes and local communities to support their independence and enhance their daily living experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks, including hygiene, meals, and mobility
- Support clients during community outings and activities
- Offer emotional encouragement and companionship
- Provide reminders for medication and ensure a safe environment
- Accurately document daily support and care activities
- Medication Administration
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background and reference checks
- A compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided
